About
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, DBT certified, and someone who found out firsthand that BPD is treatable.
MY STORY
Why I do this work.
My journey to become a therapist started due to my own experience living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). After years of struggling with my mental health, I received specialized treatment that allowed me to achieve remission. Therapy not only saved my life but helped me build one worth living. I realized that I wanted to help others struggling with their mental health, especially those living with BPD.
My lived experience along with clinical expertise allows me to provide the unique care needed to help my clients heal. Past clients report not only a reduction in their symptoms but gaining the tools and perspective to transform their lives.
In my free time I enjoy playing guitar, hiking, and spending time with my dog, Yaz.
